Karetu School

Experiencing Marine Reserves - Schools - Northland - Karetu School


Karetu School was on the EMR programme during Term 1 of 2006. Karetu's local beach was English Bay in the Bay of Islands. Karetu went to Leigh marine reserve and stayed at Pakiri camp ground. In the evening we enjoyed a talk from Dr Bill Ballantine. The winner of the Poor Knights competition was Cheyenne Field.
