Herekino school pull out the mean as haka at Omaha marae, after their Goat Island marine reserve camp (Term 1 08). 

Herekino's follow up action was to join local planting expert Kura Heke for a morning planting pingao in the sand dunes and flax along the foreshore at Owata - Herekino Harbour.
